Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Officer
- Supervise coating and compression operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain efficient workflow and production schedules.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Production Supervisor
- Oversee granulation and compression machine operations.
- Monitor team productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and training to production staff.
Maintenance Officer / Senior Officer
- Manage HVAC systems, water systems, breakdowns, DMS, PLC validation, and documentation.
- Conduct training programs for operational efficiency.
- Ensure uninterrupted and safe maintenance operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Production Officer: B. Pharma with 1-3 years of experience.
- Production Supervisor: 12th with ITI, 1-3 years of experience.
- Maintenance Officer / Senior Officer: B.Tech/M.Tech Elect. or Diploma Elect., 1-5 years of experience.
- Additional Requirement: Only Himachali male candidates are eligible.
