Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance (Validation), you will:

• Lead equipment qualifications including autoclaves, vial washing machines, tunnels, filling machines, UAFs, mobile carts, and DPB systems.
• Manage HVAC system and utility qualifications (PW, WFI, nitrogen, compressed air, CO2).
• Prepare and execute qualification protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Perform room/incubator mapping and validation documentation.
• Review executed qualification reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and quality policies across validation activities.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences), B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience Required: 11–14 years in QA Validation within regulated injectable manufacturing facilities.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of validation protocols and GMP compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with aseptic/sterile manufacturing.
  • Excellent documentation and data review skills.
