Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Quality Control (Formulations)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 years
Key Skills: HPLC, GC, Dissolution, IP/FP, Stability (OSD & Injectables), USFDA, Regulatory Approvals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per SOPs.
• Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, and dissolution apparatus.
• Support stability testing for oral solid dosage (OSD) and injectables.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA and global regulatory standards.
• Prepare analytical documentation and reports.
• Maintain data integrity and follow GLP practices.

2. Microbiology (Formulations)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Microbiology
Experience: Freshers (2024 & 2025 pass outs) and 2–8 years
Key Skills: EM, Media Preparation, MLT, BET, Sterility Test

Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing of formulations, environment, and utilities.
• Perform environmental monitoring (EM) and microbial limit tests (MLT).
• Execute bacterial endotoxin tests (BET) and sterility tests for injectables.
• Prepare and sterilize media, maintain culture records, and ensure lab safety.
• Support validation and qualification of microbiology instruments.

3. Quality Assurance (OSD)

Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 years
Key Skills: IPOA, Manufacturing, CQA, Documentation, GMP

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve manufacturing and packaging documents.
• Support in-process QA activities across OSD facilities.
• Monitor compliance during manufacturing and packing operations.
• Coordinate for CQA and regulatory audits.
• Implement change control, deviation management, and CAPA systems.
