Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Analyst – CDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and completeness of medical documentation for inpatient records. Your work directly impacts healthcare reimbursement, compliance, and patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate inpatient clinical documentation for completeness and compliance with coding guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate assignment of ICD and PCS codes based on medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and coding teams to clarify documentation discrepancies.
- Perform detailed analysis of patient records for accurate coding and billing.

Eligibility / Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare discipline preferred.

Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in inpatient documentation validation or clinical documentation improvement (CDI).
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM and PCS.
