Job Roles & Responsibilities

Sun Pharma Dewas is actively recruiting for the following positions:

1. Quality Control (QC) Analyst / Officer / Sr. Officer

• Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples.

• Operate and maintain analytical instruments while following SOPs and GMP standards.

• Record production data accurately and maintain traceability for quality assurance purposes.

• Collaborate with QA and production teams to optimize processes on the pharmaceutical shop floor.

2. Microbiology Analyst / Officer / Sr. Officer

• Perform sterile and non-sterile microbiology testing, including sterility tests, microbial limit tests, bioburden estimation, and water analysis.

• Prepare culture media and support media fill activities.

• Ensure lab processes adhere to GMP compliance and internal quality standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in microbiology operations.

3. Quality Assurance (QA) Officer / Sr. Officer

• Oversee in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities across the OSD shop floor.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and documentation reviews to ensure GMP compliance.

• Coordinate with production and QC teams to implement corrective actions and maintain high-quality standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Eligibility / Qualifications

QC Analysts:

• B.Pharma / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Biotechnology

• 2–5 years of experience in QC roles, ideally in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Skills: Analytical testing, instrumentation, documentation, attention to detail

Microbiology Analysts:

• M.Sc. in Microbiology

• 2–5 years in sterile and non-sterile microbiology operations

• Skills: Sterility testing, MLT, BET, water analysis, media preparation, media fill process knowledge

QA Officers:

• B.Pharma / M.Pharma

• 2–5 years experience in IPQA and QA functions

• Skills: Shop floor monitoring, audits, compliance, documentation, GMP adherence

General Requirements:

• Carry a clean-shaven photo, PAN card, Aadhaar card, educational certificates, mark sheets, experience letters, appointment letters, last 3 months’ salary slips, and current CTC details.

• Strong knowledge of GMP compliance and pharmaceutical shop floor standards.
