Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

1. E/M OP Medical Coder
Location(s): Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida (onsite)
Experience: Minimum 1+ year in E/M OP coding

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes for outpatient E/M encounters.
• Review clinical notes, operative reports, and ancillary documentation to ensure coding accuracy.
• Apply payer-specific rules and E/M documentation guidelines for correct levels of service.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets; participate in coding audits and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with CDI teams and clinical staff for documentation clarification when needed.

2. Coding QA Specialist
Location(s): Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida (onsite)
Experience: Relevant Coding QA experience (1+ years preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits of coded charts, validate coder outputs, and calculate accuracy metrics.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching to coders to improve accuracy and reduce denials.
• Develop and maintain QA checklists, scoring rubrics, and audit workflows.
• Analyze trends in coding errors and implement corrective actions in collaboration with training and operations teams.
• Support regulatory and client audit readiness through robust documentation of audit results.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Minimum 1 year experience in E/M outpatient coding or coding QA.
• Coding certification preferred (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) — mention on your CV.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, CPT guidelines, and ICD-10-CM coding conventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with encoder tools and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with payer rules, claim edits, and denial drivers.
• Prior experience working in an onsite/WFO model after probation.
