Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Accenture, you will play a critical role in supporting Quality Governance & Services, focusing on Operational Audit, Quality Control, and Regulatory Compliance. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining Accenture’s reputation for excellence and reliability in the Life Sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Support the design and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in line with GxP and ISO standards.
- Review and validate process documentation for accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
- Perform data integrity checks, audit observations, and corrective action management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, including regulatory readiness initiatives.
- Maintain detailed audit reports and ensure traceability of compliance actions.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Any Graduate degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operational Audit, or Compliance (preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharma).
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality governance, regulatory standards, and GxP compliance.
- Familiarity with operational audit and process validation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (international communication proficiency required).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish client relationships.
