Job Role & Responsibilities
Coral Drugs is looking for experienced professionals across Store, Maintenance, QA, and Production departments. Each role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale API manufacturing operations, work in a quality-driven environment, and engage with advanced equipment and technologies.
1. Store Department
Position: Assistant Manager / Manager
Experience: 12–20 Years (API Manufacturing)
Qualification: BA, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee raw material, intermediate, and finished goods inventory management.
- Implement and maintain proper documentation for materials as per GMP guidelines.
- Ensure timely material availability for production operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Maintain compliance with FDA and internal audit requirements.
2. Maintenance Department
Position: Manager / Sr. Manager
Experience: 10–25 Years (API Manufacturing)
Qualification: Mechanical Engineer, B.Tech, or M.Tech
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for plant machinery.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of utilities such as HVAC, chillers, boilers, and water systems.
- Develop maintenance SOPs and ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards.
- Lead engineering projects and liaise with vendors for technical support.
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
Position: Sr. Officer / Executive

- Conduct in-process and final QA checks across all manufacturing stages.
- Review batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and ensure documentation accuracy.

4. Production Department
Position: Operator / Officer
Experience: 5–10 Years (API Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:
- Execute API manufacturing operations such as reaction, filtration, drying, and milling.
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other process equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor batch processing parameters and maintain accurate records.
