Job Role & Responsibilities

Analytical Research & Development (AR&D / FAR&D)

Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
Designation: Executive to Junior Manager
Experience: 2–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Method Development and Method Validation for raw materials, intermediates, and finished dosage forms.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, GC-HS, LC, LCMS, UV, IR, and other advanced systems.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity guidelines.
• Document analytical results and protocols as per regulatory standards (ICH, USFDA, EMA).
• Collaborate with formulation and API R&D teams to support development projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in analytical troubleshooting, validation protocols, and impurity profiling.
• Familiarity with regulated market documentation and stability study procedures.
• Experience in both API-AR&D and Formulations AR&D is highly desirable.

Engineering Services

Qualification: ITI (Fitters) / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation)
Experience: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for production, utility, and analytical equipment.
• Handle 33kV electrical systems, instrumentation, and troubleshooting operations.
• Execute electrical and mechanical projects with proper documentation and safety compliance.
• Conduct equipment qualification and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with pharma industry standards.
• Utilize SAP for maintenance tracking, procurement, and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in pharma or chemical plant engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, utilities, and instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience in electrical panel handling, calibration, and automation systems.
