Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (Injectable) – Indore
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) / M.Pharm
Experience: 8–12 years (Injectable Plant)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Qualification, Validation, and QMS activities for injectable manufacturing units.
- Prepare and review documentation (URS, Protocols, Reports, SOPs, BMR/BPR).
- Conduct training and internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to USFDA-approved Injectable Facility is mandatory.
 Production (Fermentation) – Dahej
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology), BE/B.Tech (Biotechnology)
Experience: 2–8 years (Fermentation – Upstream & Downstream)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate fermentation and downstream processing systems for API production.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and process optimization.
- Manage sterilization, inoculum development, and yield improvement.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of bioprocess operations, CIP/SIP, and fermentation control systems.
Quality Control (API Plant)
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, LCMS, PSD instruments.
- Conduct method validation, wet lab testing, and analytical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GLP and pharmacopeial standards (IP/BP/USP/EP).
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on expertise in analytical techniques and regulated market testing.
Quality Control (Formulation)
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Raw Materials (RM), Finished Products (FP), Stability, and Micro samples.
- Operate and calibrate HPLC, GC, and Dissolution instruments.
- Maintain data integrity, GLP, and GMP documentation.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with HPLC operations is mandatory.
Production (DPI – Injectable) – Daman
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Vial Washing, Autoclave, Tunnel, and CRAB areas.
- Perform Media Fill and Equipment Qualification activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and sterile manufacturing norms.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of aseptic operations and injectable filling systems.
TA / Operator – Production (DPI – Injectable)
Position: TA / Operator
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / Graduate
Experience: 2–6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle equipment like Autoclave, Vial Washing, and Tunnel Systems.
- Support Media Fill operations and equipment qualification.
- Follow cGMP and maintain proper line clearance and documentation.

Accepted Degrees: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech (Biotechnology), ITI, Diploma
Relevant Fields: Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering
Experience Range: 2–12 years depending on the department
