Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Apprentice – Formulation Research & Development (FRD)

Department: Formulation R&D

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior scientists in formulation design, pre-formulation studies, and development trials.
• Conduct trial batches, dissolution studies, and stability testing under supervision.
• Support analytical method development and routine laboratory testing.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks, test records, and data summaries following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Participate in technology transfer and scale-up activities to production units.
• Contribute to the preparation of regulatory dossiers, technical reports, and validation documents.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs for project execution.
