Job Role & Responsibilities

Designation: Trainee / Executive – Production
Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day‑to‑day production operations in API/formulation manufacturing under supervision.
• Learn and follow GMP practices, SOPs, and safety protocols strictly on the shop floor.
• Assist with equipment operation, material handling, weighing, sampling, and in‑process checks.
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks for production activities.
• Participate in line clearance, cleaning, and routine calibration activities as required.
• Report deviations, incidents, and non‑conformances promptly to supervisors.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams during production runs for timely sampling and release.
• Support preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
