Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Department
Designation: Junior Officer to Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise production activities in API or chemical manufacturing units
- Operate and monitor plant processes, including DCS-controlled systems
- Ensure adherence to batch processing records and SOPs
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and safety standards
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams for smooth operations
Preferred Exposure: DCS operations, API manufacturing
Engineering Department
Designation: Junior Officer to Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance and engineering operations for manufacturing equipment
- Handle instrumentation, mechanical, or electrical systems
- Ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance
- Support calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance activities
Quality Assurance / Quality Control Department
Designation: Junior Officer to Assistant Manager
Sections: HPLC, GC, Reviewer, Microbiology
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC instruments
- Review analytical data, batch records, and quality documentation
- Support microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
- Ensure compliance with GMP and laboratory standards
- Participate in audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
