Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Medical Coder / Senior Coder / QA – Radiology Coding
Total Vacancies: 70+
Experience: 1–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and compliant Radiology Medical Coding based on CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS guidelines.
- Review and analyze radiology reports to assign appropriate codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy and maintain compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
- Audit and QA reports to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Stay updated with current coding standards, payer-specific rules, and compliance updates.
- Collaborate with QA teams and contribute to process improvements.
- Support RCM operations by ensuring clean claims and timely submission.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or allied health fields.
- CPC, CCS, or COC certification preferred (but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–5 years in Radiology Medical Coding with proven accuracy and productivity.
Preferred Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II coding.
- Hands-on experience in Radiology coding (X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, PET, etc.).
- Working knowledge of EMR and EHR systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): Medical Coding and Billing, Anatomy and Physiology, ICD-10-CM, CPT Coding, Healthcare Compliance, RCM Process, HIPAA Guidelines, Clinical Documentation Improvement.
