Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Drug Substance & Drug Product

Drug Substance – Upstream & Downstream Processes

• Operate and monitor bioreactors and fermenters for cell culture and viral culture processes.
• Handle purification processes using TFF, centrifuge, and chromatography systems.
• Support autoclave operations and sterilization of process equipment.
• Maintain batch documentation, media preparation, and process logs.

Drug Product – Formulation & Fill-Finish

• Manage aseptic filling (Vials, BFS, PFS) using C-RABS, O-RABS, and isolator systems.
• Oversee vial washing, sealing, and capping operations.
• Support terminal sterilization and autoclave validation.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and aseptic standards in vaccine fill-finish areas.

Engineering & Maintenance Department

Core Responsibilities

• Handle process maintenance, instrumentation, and calibration activities.
• Maintain HVAC, water systems, and utilities for controlled environments.
• Troubleshoot automation systems to ensure optimal process performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and support validation teams.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

ITI, Diploma (Mechanical, ECE, EEE), B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, EEE), Graduate or Postgraduate in related fields.

Relevant Courses (comma-separated):

ITI, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Instrumentation, B.Tech in Mechanical, B.Tech in ECE, B.Tech in EEE, B.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Tech Bioprocess Engineering, PG Diploma in Industrial Automation, PG Diploma in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.
