Job Role & Responsibilities

Sai Life Sciences is looking for talented professionals to join its Discovery and CMC teams. Depending on your specialization, you’ll contribute to innovative research projects that support small molecule and biopharmaceutical development.

Departments Hiring:

• Analytical R&D
• Process R&D
• Particle Sciences & Engineering
• Process Engineering
• Biology – In Vitro
• Biology – In Vivo
• DMPK (Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical and process research under GLP and GMP environments.
• Support scale-up and process optimization for API development.
• Perform method development, validation, and characterization studies.
• Execute in-vitro and in-vivo experiments in biology research.
• Ensure quality documentation and data integrity across research phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on drug discovery and preclinical studies.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education:
  • M.Sc (Organic Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences)
  • B.Tech / B.E / M.E (Chemical Engineering)
  • M.Pharm / Ph.D (Pharmacology or related fields)
• Experience: 2–14 years, depending on the department.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of chromatography, spectroscopy, or analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, GC).
• Experience in process scale-up, DOE, and QbD methodologies.
• Strong understanding of GLP/GMP, data integrity, and safety protocols.
• For biology roles: expertise in molecular biology, cell culture, pharmacology, or DMPK studies.
