Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (API)

• Execute API production activities as per batch manufacturing records.
• Manage batch start-up, equipment operation, and in-process monitoring.
• Handle calibration activities and maintain logs.
• Review technical documents such as BMRs, SOPs, and validation protocols.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP and safety standards.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Ensure cGMP compliance across QA operations.
• Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release, and document control.
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, and audit readiness.
• Review equipment qualifications, preventive maintenance, and calibration records.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Conduct on-floor QA checks and ensure documentation accuracy.

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry analysis.
• Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs.
• Prepare SOPs and conduct stability testing.
• Maintain GLP documentation and audit-ready records.
• Operate laboratory software systems for testing and reporting.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Production: B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc Chemistry with 2–7 years API experience.
• Quality Assurance: M.Sc Organic Chemistry / M.Pharm with 4–12 years API QA experience.
• Quality Control: M.Sc Organic/Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharm with 2–5 years QC experience.
• Age: 18 years and above.

Relevant courses (comma-separated): B.Tech Chemical Engineering, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry, GMP Training, HPLC/GC Certification, Quality Assurance Diploma, API Production Technology Programs.
