Job Role & Responsibilities

Auxilla is currently hiring for two key positions in its Formulation Development (FD) department.

Formulation Development (FD) – Research Associate

Experience: 1–3 years
Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities:

• Work on NDDS, sterile injectables, ophthalmic formulations, and semi‑solid dosage forms.
• Conduct pre‑formulation studies, compatibility checks, and stability assessments.
• Support scale‑up, documentation, and regulatory‑aligned development processes.
• Prepare technical reports, development summaries, and R&D documentation.

Formulation Development (FD) – Research Associate Trainee

Experience: 0–1 year
Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation development of injectables, ophthalmic products, semi‑solids, and liquid oral dosage forms.
• Support bench trials, lab activities, and documentation work.
• Maintain development records under the supervision of senior researchers.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Required Qualification: M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy).
• Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Drug Delivery, Biotechnology, Biochemistry.
