Job Role & Responsibilities

This walk-in drive is exclusively for RCM fresher roles.

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) – Fresher

Experience: 0–6 months
Qualification: Any graduate (engineering graduates not preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Learn end-to-end RCM workflow including patient demographics, charge entry, payment posting, and claim processing.
• Support denial management and AR follow-up activities.
• Work with US healthcare data in a secure, compliant manner.
• Participate in process training and follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity targets, and data integrity.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Eligible backgrounds (comma-separated): B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBA, BCA, B.Pharm, M.Com, MBA (non-engineering).

General requirements:

• 0–6 months experience (freshers encouraged).
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Ability to learn healthcare terminology and RCM processes.
• Comfortable with office-based work (no WFH option).

Work Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace, Madhapur)
