Job Role & Responsibilities

Macleods is hiring for two key areas within R&D: PDR and Oncology Formulation Development.

PDR – Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate

Qualification: M.Pharm
Experience: 3–7 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop solid oral and liquid oral dosage forms for regulated markets.
• Support prototype development, excipient compatibility, and dissolution profiling.
• Prepare development reports (PDR), QbD documentation, and scale-up data.
• Coordinate with analytical teams for method development and stability study requirements.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory expectations.

Oncology Formulation Development – Research Associate

Qualification: M.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop oncology formulations for regulated submissions.
• Optimize formulations for potency, stability, and therapeutic performance.
• Prepare development protocols, batch records, and technology transfer documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet filing timelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Relevant courses (comma-separated): M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Technology, M.Pharm Industrial Pharmacy, Formulation Development Certification.

Key requirements:

• Experience in formulation development for regulated markets (US/EU).
• Hands-on exposure to solid orals, liquid orals, or oncology.
• Strong understanding of QbD, scale-up, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to prepare PDRs, development reports, and manufacturing documentation.
