Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Data Associate, you will support the biometrics team and ensure high-quality clinical data handling:

• Enter clinical trial data using CDM software
• Review and assist in resolving data queries with sponsors and monitoring teams
• Track CRFs and query status throughout the study lifecycle
• Support testing of databases and edit checks
• Perform data cleaning, data validation, and reconciliation
• Maintain strong communication with lead CDMs
• Assist in generating reports, listings, and outputs
• Coordinate external data transfers and address discrepancies
• Update systems tracking study progress such as Novotrak and query flow logs
• Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes
• Provide general administrative support to the data management team
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Represent Novotech professionally during external communications and industry events

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Graduate degree in clinical research, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, microbiology, biochemistry, or related fields
• Minimum two years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or a related domain
• Familiarity with GCDMP guidelines, ICH-GCP, and clinical data management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment
