Job Role & Responsibilities

Graduate Trainee / Executive – API Production

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate and monitor API processes involving reaction, phase separation, filtration, and drying.
• Perform in-process checks and document results in BMR/BPR records.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment hygiene, verify area cleanliness, and support line clearance activities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC during sampling, release, and troubleshooting.
• Identify deviations, report abnormalities, and participate in CAPA or improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment operation under supervision (centrifuges, dryers, reactors).

These responsibilities require attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to follow SOPs accurately.

Eligibility / Qualifications

The following qualifications are accepted for the Graduate Trainee / Executive roles:

• B.Sc Chemistry
• B.Pharmacy
• B.Tech Chemistry
• M.Sc Chemistry
• M.Pharmacy

Experience Required: 1–3 years in API Production. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Relevant courses: Bachelor of Science Chemistry, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Technology Chemistry, Master of Science Chemistry, Master of Pharmacy.

Candidates should have working knowledge of GMP documentation, equipment handling, and safe chemical processing.
