Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and organize trial master files (TMF) and investigator site files (ISF).
  • Support clinical research associates (CRAs) with study coordination and documentation tasks.
  • Track study enrollment, visit schedules, essential documents, and site communications.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions, EC/IRB documents, and site activation packages.
  • Handle data entry, query tracking, and communication with sites.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up letters, and study reports.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate logistical support for site visits and monitoring activities.

This role demands accuracy, discipline with documentation, and the ability to manage multiple study activities in parallel.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Required education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
  • Experience: Freshers and early-career candidates can apply. Passion for clinical research is essential.
  • Technical skills: Basic understanding of clinical trials, ICH-GCP, regulatory documents, and MS Office.
