Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

QA Head (8–10 Years)

• Oversee site-wide QA operations and compliance.
• Manage QMS activities including deviation, CAPA, change control and batch release.
• Lead audits, regulatory inspections and documentation governance.

QA Executive (3–4 Years)

• Review BMR/BPR, SOPs and controlled documents.
• Perform IPQA checks and support floor compliance.
• Monitor deviation handling, change control and data integrity.

QA Officer (0–1 Year)

• Support day-to-day QA activities.
• Assist with document review and IPQA operations.
• Learn QMS processes and regulatory expectations.

Quality Control

QC Executive – HPLC/GC (2–3 Years)

• Operate HPLC, GC and perform analytical testing.
• Review test results and maintain ALCOA+ documentation.
• Support stability studies and method execution.

QC Chemist (0–2 Years)

• Conduct routine wet analysis, assay, dissolution and impurity profiling.
• Assist with instrument calibration and documentation.
• Maintain GMP-compliant lab operations.

Sales & Purchase (0–1 Year)

• Suitable for MBA/B.Pharm/M.Sc.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination and material tracking.
• Support purchase documentation and ERP entries.

Engineering Executive (4–5 Years)

• Handle Engineering QMS documentation including deviation, CAPA and change control.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration and qualification support.
• Work with cross-functional teams for GMP-compliant engineering processes.
