Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator I, you will support clinical trial operations, documentation, and site activation activities across global studies.
- Coordinate and support clinical trial activities as per project task matrix
- Perform Investigator Site File (ISF), Trial Master File (TMF), and document reviews
- Maintain and update clinical trial databases such as eTMF and CTMS systems
- Assist in site activation and regulatory document submission processes
- Support audit readiness by ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Track study metrics, analyze reports, and resolve documentation issues
- Coordinate with investigators, sites, and internal teams for trial execution
- Assist in feasibility assessments and site selection processes
- Maintain communication logs and ensure timely follow-ups with sites
- Support training and onboarding of new team members when required
This role is critical in ensuring smooth clinical trial execution, regulatory compliance, and timely study delivery.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related field (preferred)
- 0 to 1 year of experience in clinical research or healthcare operations
Relevant courses include: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Clinical Research, MSc Biotechnology, Pharm.D, Life Sciences
Key skills required:
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Location & Salary
- Location: Mumbai (Remote Work Model)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Salary: Approximately ₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA (based on industry standards for entry-level clinical research roles)
