Job Role & Responsibilities
As a CPC-certified fresher, you will support accurate clinical documentation and coding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and apply ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure accuracy, data integrity and payer-specific compliance.
- Support quality checks and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Work with senior coders to resolve coding-related queries.
- Maintain productivity standards while improving coding accuracy.
Eligibility / Qualifications

- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- CPC Certification (AAPC) – mandatory
