Arene Lifesciences is recruiting skilled professionals across Quality Control, Microbiology, Corporate QA, EHS, Warehouse and Chemical R&D. This walk‑in drive is ideal for candidates with API and bulk‑drug experience who want to build a long‑term career in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (2–5 Years)
- Perform routine and non‑routine testing (Wet Chemistry, HPLC, GC, PSD).
- Handle QMS documentation, OOS/OOT investigations and analytical data review.
- Support stability studies and raw‑material/finished‑product analysis.
Microbiology (2–5 Years)
- Conduct environmental monitoring, sterility testing, MLT and microbial limit tests.
- Perform water testing, culture handling and routine microbiology operations.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and documentation as per cGMP.
Corporate Quality Assurance (3–10 Years)
- Oversee QMS activities including deviation, CAPA, change control and audit support.
- Review batch records, validation documents and regulatory compliance systems.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure data integrity.
Environmental Health & Safety (3–5 Years)
- Implement EHS systems, safety audits and compliance protocols.
- Conduct safety training and incident investigations.
- Maintain documentation and ensure workplace safety standards.
Warehouse (Freshers – 5 Years)
- Manage RM/PM handling, GRN, material movement and ERP entries.
- Maintain inventory, documentation and warehouse cGMP compliance.
Chemical Research & Development (Freshers – 2 Years)
- Support KG Lab, PD Lab and R&D activities.
- Assist in scaling up processes and documentation.
- Work on reaction monitoring, optimization and process development.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Degree Requirements: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc Microbiology.
- Preferred Background: API, bulk‑drug, analytical testing, microbiology, QA, EHS, or chemical R&D.
- Specialized Skills: HPLC, GC, QMS, PSD, stability, sterility, environmental monitoring.
