This role suits candidates with strong hands-on expertise in in vitro ADME assays, drug metabolism studies, and method execution in a regulated discovery and development environment.

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Perform in vitro ADME assays including metabolic stability, permeability, enzyme inhibition, plasma protein binding, and microsomal studies.
- Generate, interpret, and document high-quality experimental data.
- Collaborate with discovery biology, medicinal chemistry and bioanalytical teams for study planning.
- Troubleshoot experimental deviations and optimize protocols when required.
- Follow GLP, internal SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Prepare study summaries, data tables and client-ready reports.
- Contribute to method development and capability expansion within the DMPK platform.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- M.Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Drug Metabolism preferred).
- 2 to 12 years of experience in DMPK, in vitro ADME or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of drug metabolism principles, enzyme systems, transporter studies and ADME workflows.
- Familiarity with LC-MS/MS–based analytical support is an advantage.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality scientific output.
Relevant Courses: M.Pharm Pharmacology, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Drug Regulatory Affairs.
