Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Production Executive – Granulation (OSD)

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor wet and dry granulation processes for batch production.
• Prepare and control granulation parameters (binder addition, endpoint testing, moisture content, sieve analysis).
• Coordinate with downstream teams — compression, coating, and packing — to ensure smooth material flow and line efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting: identify root causes for granulation issues (e.g., capping, weight variation, flow problems) and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate batch records (BMR/BPR) and follow SOPs to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Participate in process optimization, scale‑up runs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance checks.

Added advantage: Experience in compression, blending or coating; familiarity with tablet press parameters and coating pan/autocoater operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
• Experience Required: 4–6 years in production with demonstrable exposure to granulation (upstream OSD process).
• Desirable: Hands‑on use of granulators, high‑shear mixers, dryers (tray/rapid), and basic knowledge of process controls and PAT tools.

Relevant courses (comma‑separated): B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

• Work Location: VerGo Pharma Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Verna, Goa.
