Job Role & Responsibilities
Clinical Pharmacologist (Pharm D)
- Support physicians and clinical teams with medication management.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions and therapeutic suitability.
- Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counselling.
- Monitor drug therapy outcomes and document interventions.
- Assist in clinical rounds and contribute to patient-safety initiatives.
- Maintain accurate clinical pharmacy records.
- Promote rational drug use and adherence to treatment guidelines.
- Engage in research, pharmacovigilance and evidence-based practice activities.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Pharm D.
- Relevant backgrounds include: Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacotherapeutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Care.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions and clinical decision support.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
