Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Formulations – Vaccines/Injectables

Positions: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer

Blending

• Manage shift planning and execution for formulation activities.
• Operate and maintain blending-related equipment: Autoclave, Blending Vessels, CIP and SIP skids.
• Ensure accurate batch preparation, temperature control and sterile handling.

Filling

• Handle shift schedules for aseptic filling operations.
• Operate equipment including Vial Washing machines, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling & Capping machines.
• Support Aseptic Area protocols and equipment sanitization.

Packing & Labelling

• Operate Vial Labelling Machines and VVM Dot Machines with inspection systems.
• Perform batch coding using Videojet and Control Print printers.
• Manage Track & Trace system operations.
• Monitor Cold Room and Deep Freezer temperatures.

These roles require strong technical know-how, adherence to quality systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated vaccine manufacturing environment.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: M.Sc (Life Sciences), B.Pharm, Diploma, B.Sc, ITI.
• Experience: 2–8 years in vaccine or injectable manufacturing.
• Must be capable of working with sterile operations, process equipment and GMP documentation.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safety and production excellence.

Relevant courses (comma-separated): M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biochemistry, B.Pharm, Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, B.Sc Life Sciences, ITI Fitter, Industrial Training in Aseptic Manufacturing.
