Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Manager (1 position) — 9–12 years
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations for injectable products ensuring continuous production output.
- Enforce cGMP, WHO and other regulatory standards across production lines.
- Plan batches, manage manpower allocation and maintain production schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and contamination control.
- Supervise machine operation, preventive maintenance coordination and troubleshooting.
- Lead documentation control, batch record review and deviation handling.
- Implement safety, hygiene and SOP compliance programs.
- Drive process improvements to increase yield, reduce downtime and lower cost-per-batch.
This role requires strong leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing, knowledge of injectable manufacturing systems, and a track record of meeting production KPIs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Production Chemist / Officer / Executive (3 positions) — 1–5 years
- Execute production chemistry tasks including raw material checks, preparation of solutions and in-process sampling.
- Supervise skilled and unskilled labour during shift operations.
- Maintain production documentation, logbooks and GMP-compliant records.
- Support process validation and assist in troubleshooting reaction or process deviations.
- Ensure aseptic behaviour, gowning discipline and area cleanliness.
- Coordinate with QA for sampling, release testing and corrective actions.
Ideal for chemistry or pharmacy-trained professionals who understand production workflows, impurity control, and cGMP documentation.
Filling Operator (2 positions) — 3–5 years
- Operate vial washing and vial filling machines reliably under aseptic conditions.
- Conduct machine changeovers, line clearance and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor filling accuracy, sealing/capping and visual inspection parameters.
- Follow SOPs for sterile handling, contamination control and material flow.
- Record line parameters and support batch documentation for Quality review.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience on filling lines for injectables, preferably with dry powder injection or lyophilized product handling.
Mandatory Requirements & Nice-to-Have Skills
