These openings are suited for candidates with a solid background in pharmaceutical formulations, sterile manufacturing, microbiology testing, and QMS operations. Only candidates with formulation experience and willingness to work in rotational shifts will be considered.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control – Executive (Finished Product Analysis)

• Perform FP analysis, dissolution, assay, impurity profiling
• Hands-on experience in LIMS and HPLC
• Review analytical data for accuracy and regulatory compliance

Microbiology – Executive

• Conduct microbial analysis of water systems
• Perform in-process bioburden testing, surface and swab tests
• Execute MLT testing and environmental monitoring

Quality Assurance – Executive (IPQA – Injectables)

• Perform line clearance and in-process sampling
• Execute environmental monitoring during sterile operations
• Review batch records, check compliance, and support interventions

QMS – Deputy Manager

• Handle deviations, OOS/OOT, PNC, and change controls
• Manage document control and align SOPs with regulatory guidelines
• Lead investigations and risk assessments

Production (Packing) – Executive/Senior Executive

• Execute routine packing operations for injectable formulations
• Prepare SOPs and maintain GMP documentation

Production (Injectable) – Executive

• Handle QMS elements within production
• Support audits, investigations, and change controls
• Conduct Quality Risk Assessments for process deviations

Eligibility / Qualifications

• QC (FP Analysis): B.Pharmacy, M.Sc with 2–6 years experience
• Microbiology: M.Sc Microbiology/Biotechnology with 2–6 years experience
• IPQA (Injectable): B.Pharmacy with 2–6 years experience
• QMS (Deputy Manager): B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy with 10–14 years experience
• QMS Executive: B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy with 2–6 years experience
• Production (Injectable/Packing): B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy with 2–6 years experience

Relevant Courses (comma-separated): B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Chemistry, PG Diploma in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Certificate in GMP, Certificate in Sterile Manufacturing.
