Job Role & Responsibilities

Medical Coding Roles

• Assign accurate medical codes using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS classification systems
• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
• Work on specialty coding such as cardiology and evaluation & management (E/M)
• Handle pharmaceutical coding and clinical data abstraction tasks
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity in coding assignments
