Job Role & Responsibilities

• Perform accurate HCC Medical Coding as per updated ICD-10-CM guidelines.
• Review patient medical records and assign appropriate risk adjustment codes.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks set by the project.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve coding queries.
• Work on multiple HCC project types depending on client allocation.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on HCC Medical Coding.
• Certification: Certified or Non-Certified coders with HCC experience.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
• Ability to explain previous project exposure and coding logic.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Relevant Courses: CPC, CRC, COC, CCS, CPC-A, ICD-10-CM training programs.

Location & Salary

• Salary: ₹70,000 CTC per month (fixed contract compensation).
• Contract Period: 6 months.
• Locations: Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida.
