Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC – Analytical)

Perform analytical QC testing including SDS-PAGE analysis.
Operate HPLC for protein purity, identity, and related substances.
Conduct raw material sampling, testing, and release activities.
Maintain laboratory documentation and adhere to data integrity requirements.
Support OOS/OOT investigations when required.

Quality Assurance (QA – DQA, AQA & QMS)

Manage document control, internal audits, and audit readiness.
Support Analytical QA and process QA workflows.
Maintain QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, change controls, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with biotech GMP standards.
Coordinate with QC and Production teams for documentation closure.

Production (Bioprocess – Downstream)

Execute purification processes such as chromatography and TFF.
Support lyophilization operations and buffer preparation.
Follow batch manufacturing records and GMP production workflows.
Maintain equipment logs and support process optimization.
Work with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Education: M.Sc Biotechnology (full-time)
Experience: 3–5 years (QC/QA/Production roles)
Strong understanding of analytical methods, QMS, and downstream bioprocessing.
Hands-on experience in protein purification, chromatography, and TFF preferred.
Sound knowledge of biotech GMP documentation and compliance.

Relevant Courses: M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biochemistry, M.Sc Microbiology, PG Diploma in Bioprocessing, Certifications in Analytical Techniques.
