Job Role & Responsibilities

Openings are available for Trainee, Officer and Executive positions in API Production.

API Production – Trainee / Officer / Executive

Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech/BE Chemical, Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 0–8 years (Pharma API preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day API manufacturing as per SOPs and production plans.
• Operate reactors, filters, dryers and other chemical processing equipment.
• Assist in charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, centrifugation, drying and material handling.
• Follow cGMP, EHS and data integrity practices for all operations.
• Maintain logbooks, BMR/BPR entries and cleaning documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, line clearance and compliance checks.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols including PPE usage, handling of chemicals and waste management.

Note: Pharma industry experience is mandatory. API manufacturing background will be given priority.

Required Education

• B.Sc Chemistry
• M.Sc Chemistry
• B.Tech / BE Chemical Engineering
• Diploma – Chemical Engineering

Relevant Courses: Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Technology, API Process Operations, Unit Operations, Process Control, Safety & Hazard Management.

Experience Requirements

• Freshers to 8 years experience
• Prior API production experience preferred
• Male candidates only (as per job requirement)
