Job Role & Responsibilities

As an RCM fresher, you will be trained on end-to-end revenue cycle operations and will support various backend and front-end responsibilities. Key tasks include:

• Understanding the US healthcare system, payer rules, and basic compliance requirements.
• Working on claims processing, eligibility checks, verification, and documentation updates.
• Reviewing patient data, insurance details, and claim accuracy.
• Supporting denial handling, payment posting, and follow-up activities.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating with team leaders for QA reviews and productivity targets.
• Working in rotational shifts as per process requirements.

This role helps freshers build core RCM knowledge, analytical skills, domain understanding, and familiarity with healthcare billing platforms.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate (Engineering graduates not preferred).
• Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers eligible).
