Job Role & Responsibilities

The R&D openings involve hands-on laboratory work supporting both upstream and downstream research functions. Activities may include:

• Executing upstream processing such as cell culture, fermentation, inoculum development, and process optimisation.
• Supporting downstream purification steps including centrifugation, filtration, chromatography and buffer preparation.
• Working on monoclonal antibody (mAb) platforms or microbial expression systems depending on project needs.
• Assisting in process development, documentation, and experiment tracking.
• Maintaining lab equipment, following SOPs, and adhering to GLP compliance.
• Supporting data collection, preliminary analysis, and reporting.
• Participating in technology discussions, troubleshooting, and method optimisation.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: MSc Biotechnology or MSc Biochemistry.
• Experience: 0–5 years in R&D, with exposure to upstream or downstream biologics preferred.
• Hands-on experience in monoclonal antibody (mAb) platforms or microbial expression systems is advantageous.
• Strong laboratory discipline, documentation accuracy, and willingness to learn.
