Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (Experience: 3–10 Years)

In‑Process Quality Assurance

• Line clearance and in‑process monitoring
• Batch record review and documentation compliance
• Audit trail review and recipe verification
• Investigations, risk and impact assessments
• Material management oversight; packing and device checks
• Monitoring DS/DP shipment operations

QMS QA

• Handling of VMP, SMF, deviations, change control, CAPA
• Audit readiness and participation in internal/external audits
• Trend analysis, PQR activities, and training documentation

Analytical QA

• Review of specifications and method validation/transfer documentation
• Support for stability studies and batch release packages
• Investigations and audit trail assessment
• Exposure to analytical, molecular biology, and bioassay platforms

Quality Control (Experience: 1–8 Years)

Roles: Analyst, Reviewer, Shift Supervisor, Investigator
Designations: Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager

Areas of Expertise:

• Mandatory biosimilars experience
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques including chromatography, molecular biology workflows, and bioassays
• Experience in QC or Analytical R&D supporting biologics release and characterization
