Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate at Accenture, you will be an integral part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical. Key responsibilities include:

Conduct pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance activities for global clients.
Manage affiliate mailboxes, reconcile reports, and perform written follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases.
Identify, create, and manage cases including data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with global regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support patient-centric pharmacovigilance initiatives and contribute to enhancing drug safety and healthcare outcomes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Freshers welcome.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Physiotherapy (BPT), Dental Surgery (BDS), or BSc Nursing.
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
Quick learning ability, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
