Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will support core pharmacovigilance activities under supervision while developing practical expertise in drug safety operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the collection, review, and processing of adverse event reports
- Assisting in ICSR intake, data entry, and case processing activities
- Supporting preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities
- Maintaining pharmacovigilance documentation in compliance with SOPs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely safety communication
- Supporting safety data tracking, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Participating in pharmacovigilance training programs and continuous learning initiatives
This role contributes directly to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and the safe use of medicinal products.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
Candidate Profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts is desirable but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn global drug safety regulations and processes
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
