Job Role & Responsibilities
Biological E Limited is hiring across multiple departments within its vaccine manufacturing ecosystem.
Production Department
Area of Work: Blending, Filling, Packing
Experience: 2–6 years
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of blending, filling, and packing operations for vaccine products
- Adherence to cGMP and SOP requirements during manufacturing activities
- Documentation of batch records and production logs
- Coordination with QA, QC, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
Manufacturing Department
Area of Work: Upstream, Downstream, Cell Culture, Media Fill (Viral & Bacterial Vaccines)
Experience: 2–9 years
Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc (Life Sciences)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling upstream and downstream bioprocess operations
- Cell culture operations and media preparation
- Execution of media fill and aseptic manufacturing activities
- Ensuring contamination control and regulatory compliance
Engineering Department
Area of Work: Process Maintenance, Instrumentation
Experience: 2–7 years
Qualification: Diploma, B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, EIE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting
- Supporting production and utility systems
- Ensuring equipment compliance with GMP standards
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Relevant pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of GMP, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in a vaccine manufacturing environment
