Job Role & Responsibilities

Manufacturing / Packing (Associate / Operator / Officer)

• Handle OSD manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
• Perform pellet coating and manage batch manufacturing processes as per SOP
• Operate primary and secondary packing equipment such as blister machines, sachet filling, cartonators, and labeling systems
• Maintain production documentation and ensure GMP compliance

Maintenance (Plant Maintenance & QMS)

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharma manufacturing equipment
• Handle maintenance of granulation, compression, coating, and packing machinery
• Prepare SOPs, manage CAPA, change control, deviations, and audit readiness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like USFDA and EU guidelines

Quality Control (QC Officer / Sr. Officer)

• Perform analysis of finished products, in-process samples, and stability samples
• Operate instruments such as HPLC, dissolution apparatus, and other analytical tools
• Conduct method validation and ensure adherence to GLP standards
• Support PMQC and documentation activities

Quality Assurance (QA Officer / Sr. Officer)

• Handle validation, qualification, IPQA, and investigation processes
• Maintain regulatory compliance documentation and audit readiness
• Ensure adherence to GMP, data integrity, and quality systems

Stores / Warehouse

• Manage raw material, packing material, and finished goods inventory
• Ensure compliance with pharma warehousing standards and documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications
