Job Role & Responsibilities
The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real time. This role requires strong medical knowledge, fast typing skills, attention to detail, and excellent command over English communication. The position is strictly work-from-office and follows a night shift schedule to support international healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Real-time documentation of patient encounters during clinical consultations
- Accurate entry of medical histories, examination findings, procedures, and treatment plans
- Updating electronic health records (EHR) while maintaining data integrity
- Understanding and correctly using medical terminology, abbreviations, and clinical language
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards and confidentiality guidelines
- Communicating effectively with physicians for clarification and accuracy
- Maintaining turnaround time and productivity benchmarks
- Following internal quality assurance and audit protocols

Eligibility / Qualifications
