Job Role & Responsibilities
The Associate Trainee Clinical Data Coordinator role is a full-time, office-based position focused on accurate clinical data entry, document processing, and data management support activities.
Core Responsibilities
• Perform data entry activities in Clinical Data Management Systems as per study requirements • Process, log, scan, index, and track clinical study documents in accordance with CRF tracking and data entry guidelines • Work in roles such as Data Entry Associate, File Room Associate, Scanning Associate, or Indexing Associate based on project needs • Ensure accurate and timely data entry while maintaining high quality standards • Assist in maintaining clinical data management study files • Follow core operating procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines • Meet productivity and quality objectives assigned by the manager • Develop effective working relationships within the Clinical Data Management team • Support document administration activities to ensure smooth study operations
This role provides hands-on exposure to clinical trial documentation, data quality processes, and regulated clinical research environments.
Eligibility / Qualifications
This position is suitable for freshers and candidates at the entry level who are interested in clinical research and data management careers.
Minimum qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered • Strong organizational and communication skills • Excellent computer skills and basic proficiency in MS Office • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work effectively with coworkers, managers, and clients • Willingness to learn clinical data management processes and systems
Relevant educational background includes: BSc Life Sciences, BSc Clinical Research, BSc Biotechnology, BSc Microbiology, BSc Biochemistry, Diploma in Clinical Research, BPharm, DPharm
