Job Role & Responsibilities
The Project Associate roles are research-intensive positions supporting formulation development and preclinical research activities under the BMGF project. Selected candidates will work closely with principal investigators and senior scientists on laboratory-based experimental work and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting formulation development activities related to long acting injectable drug delivery systems
- Performing analytical testing using HPLC and LC-MS techniques
- Assisting in method development, validation, and data interpretation
- Handling laboratory documentation and maintaining experimental records
- Supporting animal handling activities as per approved protocols
- Participating in sample preparation, stability studies, and data compilation
- Assisting in preparation of project reports and research documentation
- Following laboratory safety guidelines and institutional research protocols
Position-wise Role Scope
- Project Associate-I: Entry-level research support role focused on laboratory execution and data generation
- Project Associate-II: Advanced research role involving independent experimental work and mentoring junior staff
These roles directly contribute to translational pharmaceutical research aimed at improving tuberculosis treatment outcomes.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification

Experience Requirement
- Project Associate-I: Fresh postgraduates or candidates with limited research exposure
- Project Associate-II: Minimum 2 years of relevant research experience
Desirable Skills and Experience

Monthly Emoluments
- Project Associate-I: Rs. 31,000 + 20% HRA per month
- Project Associate-II: Rs. 35,000 + 20% HRA per month

The positions are temporary and co-terminus with the project. Initial engagement is for one year and extendable based on performance and project requirements.
