Job Role & Responsibilities
Pharmacokinetics / Toxicokinetics (PK/TK)
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and interpreting pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic data that support regulatory toxicology studies and IND-enabling programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, execution, and interpretation of pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies
- Application of toxicokinetic principles in repeat-dose toxicity and safety studies
- Analysis of TK data and preparation of scientific reports for toxicology submissions
- PK parameter computation using Phoenix WinNonlin software
- Compartmental and non-compartmental analysis including PK–PD correlation
- Preparation, review, and implementation of SOPs, formats, and study documents
- Ensuring strict compliance with GLP documentation and data integrity requirements
- Alignment with OECD GLP, AAALAC, FDA, and ICH regulatory expectations
- Literature review and preparation of evidence-based scientific summaries
- Collaboration with toxicology, bioanalytical, QA, and regulatory teams

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacology.
Accepted qualifications include:
M.Pharm (Pharmacology), MSc Pharmacology
Experience Criteria
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacokinetics, toxicokinetics, or preclinical research
- Fresh postgraduates with strong academic exposure to PK/TK concepts may also be considered
Technical & Regulatory Skills
- Strong understanding of pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic principles
- Hands-on or academic exposure to Phoenix WinNonlin
- Knowledge of compartmental and non-compartmental modeling
- Familiarity with GLP systems, SOP documentation, and regulatory reporting
- Awareness of FDA, ICH, OECD GLP guidelines
- Strong scientific writing and data interpretation skills
