Job Role & Responsibilities
Ajanta Pharma is hiring across multiple departments. Detailed role-wise responsibilities are outlined below.
Manufacturing / Packing – Associate / Operator
- Operation of OSD manufacturing equipment including granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, and capsule filling
- Handling primary packing operations such as blister packing, sachet filling, and strip packing
- Secondary packing operations including cartonator and labeling machines
- Adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and GMP requirements
- Coordination with IPQA and production supervisors
Manufacturing / Packing – Sr. Officer / Officer
- Supervision of OSD manufacturing and packing activities
- Review of batch manufacturing and packing records
- Ensuring compliance with USFDA and GMP requirements
- Training and guidance to operators and associates
Maintenance (Plant Maintenance) – Sr. Officer / Officer / Assistant
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Maintenance of granulation, compression, coating, blender, pellet coating, and packing machines
- Handling of blister, strip, powder, and bulk packing lines
- Documentation of maintenance activities as per SOPs
Maintenance (HVAC) – Sr. Officer / Officer
- Maintenance of HVAC systems, AHUs, and dehumidifiers
- Monitoring and maintenance of BMS systems
- Handling split ductable units, breezing, and copper piping work
- Ensuring environmental compliance for regulated manufacturing areas
Quality Control – Sr. Officer / Officer
- Analysis of solid oral finished products, raw materials, and in-process samples
- Stability studies and dissolution testing
- Analytical method validation and PMQC activities
- Documentation and data integrity compliance
Quality Assurance – Sr. Officer / Officer
- QMS implementation, IPQA activities, and validation support
- Handling deviations, CAPA, and change controls
- Support during regulatory inspections and audits
- Review of batch records and compliance documentation
Stores (Warehouse) – Associate / Operator
- Handling raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods
- Inventory control and material movement as per GMP
- Documentation and coordination with QA for material release
