Job Role & Responsibilities

BDR Pharma is hiring across multiple technical departments at its Luna Plant.

Engineering – Electrician (API)

Position: Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance for API manufacturing equipment and utilities
• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and engineering SOPs
• Support uninterrupted plant operations through effective electrical troubleshooting

ADL – API (Analytical Development Laboratory)

Position: Officer to Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical method development and validation for APIs
• Operate HPLC and related analytical instruments
• Support R&D and manufacturing with analytical inputs
• Maintain analytical documentation and data integrity compliance

R&D – Peptide / Synthesis / Process Development Lab

Position: Officer / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute laboratory synthesis and process development activities
• Support peptide synthesis and route optimization
• Conduct experiments, scale-up studies, and troubleshooting
• Maintain cGLP documentation and laboratory safety practices

Production – Technician (API)

Position: Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day API manufacturing operations
• Operate reactors, centrifuges, and associated equipment
• Follow GMP, EHS, and batch documentation requirements

QA – IPQA (API)

Position: Officer

• ADL (API): M.Sc. with 2–5 years of experience
• R&D (Peptide/Synthesis/PD): M.Sc. with 2–5 years of experience
• Production Technician (API): ITI with 2–5 years of experience
• QA-IPQA (API): M.Sc. with 2–3 years of experience
